Jeffrey T. Bartelt – President |  jbartelt@midwesthr.com
Jeff’s expertise and leadership abilities come from a long career in the PEO and other related outsourcing industries. After graduating from Northern Illinois University, he spent 10 years at Automatic Data Processing (ADP), a Fortune 500 payroll company, working his way up the sales and management ranks. Intrigued by the PEO value proposition, Jeff joined Employee Solutions, Inc., a publicly traded PEO, in 1995 as a Regional Vice President. In 2000, Jeff joined MidwestHR, LLC as a minority shareholder and later became President and majority shareholder in 2004. Jeff is an active member of NAPEO and is also listed in the Who’s Who of Executives and Professionals.

 

Scott Coyle – Managing Director |  scoyle@midwesthr.com
Scott brings a wealth of PEO experience and has structured numerous capital raises, mergers and acquisitions in the last 25 years. Scott attended Arizona State University and started his career in the securities business as a stockbroker. In 1992, Scott’s career evolved into the investment banking side of the business. One of his first investment banking deals was the funding of one of the first public PEO’s, Employee Solutions, Inc. His roll at MidwestHR is to assist in strategic planning, negotiating contracts, and developing long term business initiatives.

Few people have more experience in the PEO industry than Dave Nauert. Dave brings 24 years of sales experience with 17 years directly in the PEO industry. Dave learned about the PEO concept in 1993 and joined Hazar, Inc., later moving to a publicly traded PEO, Employee Solutions Inc., as a District Manager. There, he spent 5 years working directly with MidwestHR’s current President, Jeff Bartelt. In 2001, Dave along with Jeff made the move to MidwestHR, LLC. Since that time, Dave has spent time on both sides of the corporate fence working in sales and operations. This invaluable expertise has allowed Dave to better serve business owners and their employees.

 

Jeff Rosset – Director of Marketing & Business Development |  jrosset@midwesthr.com
In 2011, Jeff Rosset joined the MidwestHR team after the merger between MidwestHR and Compass Coaching & Development, the firm Jeff founded in 2007. In a relatively short amount of time, Jeff has put together an extremely impressive entrepreneurial resume that includes running a franchise, owning a successful leadership training firm, leading a national networking organization, founding a local business advocacy association, and playing a critical leadership role in the growth of 2 other nationally-known companies. Above all else, Jeff prides himself on the successful partnerships he builds with clients and business partners. Jeff graduated with his degree in Organizational Management from the Northern Illinois University College of Business.

As Controller of MidwestHR, Anthony is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial operations of the business. He joined MidwestHR in 2002, serving clients in the areas of payroll and payroll related taxes matters, unemployment management, and administration of worker compensation audits. Prior to joining MidwestHR, Anthony spent 8 years as the Accounting Manager in the software, real estate and internet industries. Anthony graduated from Northern Illinois University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Illinois CPA Society.

 

Michelle Klenotich – Payroll Manager |  mklenotich@midwesthr.com
Michelle brought with her 6 years of customer service, account management, and financial institution management experience prior to joining MidwestHR in 2002. Michelle oversees the payroll operations, assists with payroll taxes, and manages the worker’s compensation claims. Michelle prides herself on being a consistent and effective contact for all of our clients needs.

 

Lisa Overstreet – Human Resources / Benefits Director |  loverstreet@midwesthr.com
Lisa has 20 years experience working for large and small businesses in the areas of strategic and channel marketing as well as office management and human resources/benefits management. Lisa graduated from The University of Iowa and received her MBA from North Central College in Naperville, IL. Lisa is responsible for employee benefits, administration of the flex spending and retirement plans, as well as human resources assistance and personnel related issues. Lisa joined MidwestHR in 2008.

Leny joined MidwestHR’s team in early 2010. Leny’s background is as an HR Generalist, and currently assists MidwestHR clients in the areas of Benefits Administration and Payroll Processing. Leny is also bilingual in Spanish which helps better serve the needs of our clients and their employees.
