Focus. We all know it’s a key to productivity, but the whole world seems to align to prevent us from getting any real focus time. As a result our to-do list just keeps growing, our clients get upset, and our employees are waiting around for us. Something has got to change. So you come in on a Saturday, get caught up and for a week or so things are better – but this isn’t a permanent solution. Instead we need to find some ways to get through a whole week, or even just a day without losing track of our key priorities.

Starbucks, Doctors and How Google Works

Thankfully, I love to educate, teach and explain things. The problem I find is that when I try to explain the details of how a search engine such as Google decides who gets displayed at the top, I find that I lose people.
