This year marks the fifth annual Giving Tree that benefits the local nonprofit Almost Home Kids in Woodridge, IL. Each year, our employees take time out of their busy schedules to shop for toys and every day essentials to help the staff, families and children that walk through their doors. This year, we were completely overwhelmed by the generosity of our staff and their families. The staff at Almost Home Kids were floored as they watched Jeff, Tom, Susan, Maria and Cathy bring in all the donations from MidwestHR. As a thank you for the donations, we were able to take a tour of the facility to meet some of the children, families, and staff that our donations would be helping. It was so heartwarming to see the smiling faces of the kids and the appreciation from the staff and families for our continued support. We are excited to continue working with Almost Home Kids to help support them and their staff throughout the year as they help the beautiful community we call home.
